Completely Ordinary Baby Birds

A game of baby birds striving for superpowers, inspired by the novel Deep Secret by Diana Wynne Jones.

You know you are destined for great things. You are powerful, determined, and intelligent. Unfortunately, you are also a completely ordinary baby bird. 

 But not for long! You’ve heard a rumor that the Oracle on the Mountain can grant any wish, and you plan to visit the Oracle and wish for supernatural powers so you can change your destiny! You just have to make it up the mountain. 

 This is a game for 3-8 players, meant to played in an hour or less. All but one of the players play the baby birds. One player is the Game Master, or GM. The GM describes what happens on the mountain, and the baby birds describe what they do in response. You will need: Some paper, writing utensils, and a six-sided die (preferably one for each player, but you can share if you need to).
